Complex Event Processing is technology that allows applications to process events and discover complex patterns among multiple streams of real time event data.

This message board/community has been set up to discuss all things with Complex Event Processing, or CEP technology. It was co-founded by David Luckham of Stanford University, and the author of "The Power of Events", the leading book on CEP, and Mark Palmer from Progress Software. It's an open group to discuss issues about CEP, and has the goal of advancing the technology in the industry.
