Event Mining with Event Processing Networks

Event
Mining discovers information in a stream of data, or events, and
delivers knowledge in real-time. In this paper Louis Perrochon, Walter
Mann, Stephanie Kasriel, and David Luckham (all of the Computer Systems
Lab, Stanford University). discuss the event processing engine this
group developed. It consists of a network of agents running in
parallet that interact using a dedicated event processing
infrastructure. This infrastucture allows dynamic recofiguration of the
