RealClimate » Michael Crichton’s State of Confusion
Michael Crichton's new novel "State of Fear" is about a NGO hyping the science of the global warming with the effect of further the ends of eco-terrorists.
The inevitable conclusion of the book is that global warming is a non-problem but while the novel addresses many issues, it is selective about basic science and should not be taken at face value as a valid statement about the real world.
